Work with Dale
I consult, but I am not a consultant. Why?
Because consultants work with clients in a certain way.
I do things differently. I create.
I find (and build) uncommon solutions to common problems. I don’t write reports that collect dust.
I work primarily with two groups: academic institutions and corporations. I design strategies for the successful universities of the future and create solutions for companies to manage human talent in an evolving world.
Completed projects include:
- Working with CodeHero to raise money on Kickstarter. In just two weeks I helped the campaign go from $19,000 to $170,000.
- Speaking to C-level executive of NBC Universal about how Generation Y in the workplace
- Advising a startup on how to create new ways to identify talent within the corporate marketplace
Ongoing and upcoming projects include:
- Advising Everest on education-related issues and making introductions which led to high-profile investment.
- Helping the government of a major European country create a new and experiential university from scratch—literally building everything from the campus to coursework from the ground up.
- Working with a university to design a digital curriculum for use in the 21st century specifically targeting homeschooler and unschoolers.
When I create, I have a set daily rate. Projects that involve more than a week’s work are negotiated on an individual basis.
I am highly involved with charitable organizations and am very flexible when it comes to working with a nonprofit or cause that captures my heart and imagination.
If you really want to engage me, ping me through email or Twitter. I’m busy, but I crave attention.
